This training board is built with real air‑bag system components of Volkswagen vehicles, wired strictly according to original vehicle wiring harness. It combines physical display and dynamic training functions, fully demonstrating the structure and working principle of automotive air‑bag system, and is equipped with fault setting and diagnosis functions. Suitable for automobile maintenance teaching and practical training in secondary and higher vocational colleges and training institutions.

- Adopts real air‑bag control system, fully demonstrating each component of the air‑bag system.
- After power‑on, operate switches and buttons on the teaching board to demonstrate the working process and principle of air‑bag ECU, crash sensors, air‑bag modules and seat‑belt pretensioners.
- Color‑printed circuit diagram is printed on the panel. Learners can compare circuit diagram with real components intuitively to recognize and analyze the working principle of each part of air‑bag system.
- Diagnostic socket is installed on the panel. General or dedicated diagnostic scanner can be connected to perform self‑diagnosis experiments for air‑bag ECU: code query, fault‑code reading & clearing, data‑stream reading, actuator test and parameter setting.
- Test terminals are arranged on the panel, supporting non‑destructive direct measurement of electrical signals (resistance, voltage, current, etc.) of circuit components in air‑bag system.
- Diagnostic socket is installed on the panel. General or dedicated diagnostic scanner can be connected to perform self‑diagnosis experiments for air‑bag ECU: code query, fault‑code reading & clearing, data‑stream reading, actuator test and parameter setting.
- Stepless linear soft‑fault simulation for main signals of air‑bag system, real‑time detection of system faults caused by abnormal simulated signals.
