Product Introduction

  1. Equipped with real operable automotive ignition systems to fully display the components of six types of automotive ignition systems.
  2. Rotational speed adjustment is supported to simulate ignition‑system operating conditions under different speeds, fully demonstrating the structure and working principle of various ignition systems.
  3. Complete schematic diagrams of ignition‑system circuits are provided on the panel to facilitate teaching of structure and circuit principles.
  4. A diagnostic socket is installed on the teaching board. Special or general‑purpose automotive diagnostic scanners can be connected to perform self‑diagnosis experiments for engine electronic control systems, including ECU code query, reading and clearing fault codes, and data‑stream reading.
  5. External dual test terminals with pin definitions consistent with those of ECUs, sensors and actuators are provided on the panel. Non‑destructive wires can be used directly on the panel to measure electrical signals of ignition‑system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals.
  6. The main frame is made of high‑quality metal sheet and aluminum‑alloy base material, formed by UV precision cutting, bending and welding. Its surface is treated with plastic spraying, delivering good structural strength and corrosion resistance.
  7. Multiple fault points can be configured on the training bench, including open‑circuit, intermittent faults and other types; single‑point and composite fault settings are supported.
  8. Technical Parameters (Actual values vary with configuration): Overall dimension: 2000×600×1800mm Operating power supply: AC 220V Operating temperature: -40℃ ~ +50℃
