EPS Training Bench
EPS Training Bench
Customizable for different vehicle models
This training bench is built on a real‑world electronic power steering system from Volkswagen vehicles. It integrates physical display and dynamic training functions, fully demonstrating the structure and working principle of automotive electronic steering systems. It is also equipped with fault setting and diagnosis functions. Suitable for teaching and practical training of automotive maintenance in secondary vocational colleges and training institutions.
Send InquiryProduct Introduction
- Built around the complete electronic power steering assembly, enabling direct visual observation of internal structures and components.
- The bench is equipped with relevant auxiliary control systems, sensors and actuators to dynamically demonstrate its operating procedures.
- Color circuit diagrams are printed on the panel. Trainees can compare diagrams with physical components to understand and analyze the working principle of the electronic power steering system.
- Connect a diagnostic tool via original vehicle wiring harness to view real‑time dynamic and static signal parameters of the EPS system.
- External test terminals are mounted on the panel for non‑intrusive measurement of electrical signals at pins of sensors, actuators and control units, including resistance, voltage, current, frequency and waveform signals.
- Fitted with an OBD‑II diagnostic socket. Connect diagnostic equipment to perform self‑diagnosis tests: ECU code query, fault code reading & clearing, data stream reading, waveform analysis and actuator tests.
- Multiple fault points can be configured on the bench, including open‑circuit and intermittent faults; both single‑point and composite faults are supported.
- Technical parameters (subject to actual configuration): Overall dimensions: 1850×1200×1800 mm Operating power supply: AC 220 V Operating temperature: −40 ℃ ~ +50 ℃
