This platform is developed based on BYD new‑energy vehicle powertrain. The motor is fixed on a special disassembly‑assembly platform to support training for disassembly, assembly and inspection after separating motor and reducer. Equipped with special turnover‑stand connecting mechanism, it fully meets the requirements for powertrain disassembly‑assembly, inspection, maintenance and skill assessment. Suitable for new energy vehicle major teaching and skill training in vocational colleges, technical colleges, universities and training institutions.

- Developed with powertrain as core, the motor is mounted on dedicated disassembly‑assembly platform for disassembly, assembly and inspection training after motor‑reducer separation.
- Matched with special turnover‑stand connection mechanism to fully satisfy disassembly‑assembly, inspection, maintenance and assessment of powertrain.
- Supports analysis and inspection of gear‑set wear on primary and secondary shafts of powertrain; enables measurement and adjustment training for height‑depth data of countershaft and differential, as well as calculation training for selecting adjustment shims for countershaft and differential.
- Complete set of training and assessment items: separation and assembly of permanent‑magnet synchronous motor and transmission, disassembly‑assembly of input‑shaft gear, countershaft gear and differential gear.
- Drive motor assembly supports 360° rotation for convenient separation and assembly operations between motor and transmission.
- Top surface covered with stainless‑steel sheet. Oil‑guide grooves are reserved around edges. Waste oil flows automatically via guiding pipelines into bottom oil‑collecting tray to keep training site clean.
- Bench frame is made of high‑quality metal plates, processed by UV precision cutting, bending and welding. Surface is powder‑coated for high structural strength and corrosion resistance.
