It supports disassembly‑assembly operations for drive motor‑reducer assembly. Through electronic control system and DC power supply, it demonstrates operating states of permanent‑magnet synchronous motor including ignition, gear shift, acceleration and braking. Combined with fault‑setting system, it realizes principle teaching of fault simulation and data detection. - Supports disassembly‑assembly of drive motor‑reducer assembly. The electronic control system and DC power supply demonstrate operating conditions of permanent‑magnet synchronous motor: ignition, gear shift, acceleration and braking.
- Adopting integrated design, the platform is scientifically divided into motor assembly‑adjustment zone, fault detection zone, parts storage zone and reducer assembly‑adjustment zone.
- The fault box in fault detection zone consists of machined aluminum housing, support rods, magnetic suction units, mechanical locks, rubber foot pads, hinges, measuring circuit board and fault‑setting panel, integrating ignition, gear‑shift, braking and acceleration switches.
- The motor assembling machine adopts aluminum‑profile frame, equipped with long / short thimbles, stator fixing plate, screw‑nut mechanism and hand‑crank base. Hand‑crank control enables smooth assembly and separation of stator‑rotor assembly. It supports measurement of rotor magnetic induction intensity, winding cold‑state DC resistance and insulation resistance.
- Parts storage zone is fitted with red hanging accessories including extra‑large double / single hooks, grinder brackets and small hooks for temporary storage and convenient access of bolts, wiring harnesses, connectors and tools during disassembly‑assembly.
- Reducer assembly‑adjustment zone is equipped with tooling for reducer housing and gear sets for cleaning, measurement and maintenance of housing and gear assemblies. High‑precision measuring platform meets precision‑measurement requirements for gears and other components.
