Automotive ABS Braking System Training Bench

Automotive ABS Braking System Training Bench

Automotive ABS Braking System Training Bench

Customizable for different vehicle models

Taking Volkswagen vehicles as an example, this training bench is built with an automotive ABS braking system and relevant auxiliary control systems, wired according to original‑vehicle circuits. It fully demonstrates the structure and working principle of the automotive ABS braking system, and is equipped with fault setting and diagnosis functions. Suitable for teaching and practical training of automobile maintenance in secondary vocational colleges and training institutions.

Product Introduction

  1. Demonstrates with real automotive ABS braking system components to intuitively present its overall structure and assemblies.
  2. A three‑phase asynchronous motor drives the front and rear axles to rotate to simulate vehicle driving. When the brake pedal is pressed urgently, the ABS/EBD system activates. The front and rear brake discs keep slight rotation, and pedal pulsation can be felt, realistically simulating the working process of ABS/EBD system.
  3. Color circuit diagrams are printed on the panel. Trainees can compare diagrams with physical components to understand and analyze the working principle of the automotive ABS braking system.
  4. Analog pressure gauges are installed on the main console to display real‑time pressure changes of each wheel cylinder during braking, helping students observe and study the dynamic response characteristics of the system.
  5. External test terminals are arranged on the control panel for real‑time detection of operating status and variation of each electrical component.
  6. Equipped with OBD‑II diagnostic interface; diagnostic scanners can be connected to perform comprehensive system fault diagnosis.
  7. Multiple fault points can be configured on the bench, including open‑circuit and intermittent faults; both single‑point and composite faults are supported.
  8. An electromagnetic variable‑speed motor simulates different vehicle speeds and reproduces brake‑pedal pulsation during braking to restore real ABS operating conditions.
  9. Technical parameters (subject to actual configuration): Overall dimensions: 1500×1100×1800mm Operating power supply: AC 220V Operating temperature: −40℃~+50℃
